Gallery
I began making quilts early in the 1990's, first for my own pleasure then as a business soon after.
All of the work shown in this gallery features aspects of my design and workmanship. Several are special commissions, including
works that represented Welsh art in the 2019 Venice Biennale installation by renowned artist Sean Edwards.
The Welsh Government arm looking after historic buildings and heritage Cadw have one of my peices at Tremain Church, Ceredigion.
Much of my everyday work, though, is finishing pieces stiched by home artisans. I have also made many memorial pieces using patchwork started,
but never finished. Many special commisions have been made from clothing holding sentimental value.
Note: My work is involved in all the quilts featured. Some are all my own work, some are finishing others work, some are following a pattern provided.
