If delivery is delayed email me and I will try to track down the problem. If delivery has gone totally wrong I will do my very best to sort out the problem. We will sort out the best resolution between us when we know what the problem is - it is no use trying to pre-guess every conceivable problem here.
That may sound simple, but it will save both of us a lot of grief. I have tried to make clear all over the site where problems might arise: Colour matching between your screen and the item in real life; where 'colours may vary' in some kits and projects; what is and what is not included - and so on. Please take note of those limitations when you buy from me.
If it has still gone wrong, and you want to return all or part of your order for a refund - THIS BIT IS IMPORTANT:
IF IT IS A KIT; you must return it at your own expense ready for re-sale in good condition. If you do your bit then I will refund your purchase price, but not any of the postage costs either of us have incurred. If the kit does not arrive at my door in good condition only some of the purchase price will be refunded - the actual amount will be worked out between us when we know what the problem is, but it WILL NOT BE A FULL REFUND.
IF IT IS FABRIC; your order will have been cut from a larger piece for you. It is not fair or reasonable to ask me to refund the full price, because it is too late for me to re-attach it to the bolt. In this case you must return the fabric to me in a clean condition, and I will refund you HALF OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, but not any of the postage costs either of us have incurred.
Once again, it is worth repeating:
All of the writing on this page is intended to be in clear, straight-forward English that both of us can understand. If you do not understand my 'terms and conditions', or do not want to accept my 'terms and conditions', please make life simple for both of us and make your purchases elsewhere.
IF IT ALL GOES WRONG I will refer you to this page.
If we are still at odds and cannot reach a friendly settlement then it is up to you to make a case that will stand up in a UK court to prove that I have been UNFAIR or UNREASONABLE. You will also have to prove that my 'terms and conditions' do not meet the requirements of UK LAW, because if you buy from me you must have already accepted my 'terms and conditions'.
